ABOUT ELIITE HOSPITAL NOTARY
Bringing Professional Dignity & Empathy to the Bedside
In life's most critical moments, getting important documents notarized should not add to a family's burden.

MEET LAQUASHIA SAMUELS
Owner, Eliite Hospital Notary
I became a mobile notary because I recognized that the individuals who need notary services the most are often those who cannot easily leave a hospital bed, hospice facility, nursing home, or their own residence.
As the owner of Eliite Hospital Notary, I am committed to providing professional, compassionate, and discreet mobile notary services to patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals throughout Hollywood, FL and greater Broward County. As a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA), I have received specialized training related to trust documents, powers of attorney, and estate planning document delivery.
A hospital room is not a traditional office. Patients and their families may be navigating difficult medical circumstances, urgent decisions, or emotionally sensitive situations. My approach emphasizes patience, professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for each individual's comfort and dignity, whether I'm assisting a patient at their bedside, coordinating with healthcare staff, or providing mobile notary services at a senior living facility.
Professional. Discreet. Mobile.
MY CORE PRINCIPLES
What Guides My Work
Patient-First Service
Every client deserves patience, dignity, and respect, with adequate time for each notarization.
Professionalism in Healthcare Settings

Document Integrity & Compliance
I follow Florida notarial requirements and verify signer identity for every notarization.
Compassion & Confidentiality
Every appointment is approached with professionalism, discretion, and respect for sensitive circumstances.
Reliability & Convenience
I travel directly to hospitals, hospice facilities, nursing homes, and private residences.
ESTATE DOCUMENT NOTARIZATION
Power of Attorney & Estate Document Notarization
Notarization of eligible powers of attorney, healthcare directives, wills, trusts, and other estate-related documents, performed in accordance with Florida notarial requirements. As a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent, I bring additional training relevant to trust and estate planning document delivery.
